REGISTRATION: GENERAL CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions are valid for all registrants to the InfraBIM Open 2024 (IBO) taking place from January 29 to 31, 2024 in Lyon in France.
A confirmation email will be sent to each participant after receipt of the complete registration and the corresponding payment.

  • Face to face ticket: Participation of the meetings-visits and the welcome drink organized January 29th if wanted + access to onsite event – conferences and exhibition hall - including catering for 2 days + access to the replays of the all the sessions of IBO24 for 1 year.
  • Virtual access: Plenaries streamed by zoom than access to the replays of all the sessions 48h after the event et for 1 year. Links will be sent on January 2024.

Registration for InfraBIM Open 2024 is personal and non-binding. A ticket (face-to-face or digital) cannot be shared with another person.
Only those who have paid for their entry registration will be allowed to participate in IBO24: it will possible to pay onsite the D day, but not after.

PAYMENT

Online registration can be paid by credit card, purchase order or bank transfer.
The price of the conference participation is indicated in euros including VAT which rate is 10%. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Euros.
Nb VISA. Each participant is required to personally take steps to obtain a visa. Participants who require an entry visa should allow sufficient time for the application process and contact the embassy or consulate of their place of residence to determine the appropriate time for their visa application. The organizers will not directly contact the embassies or consulates on behalf of the participants.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION FEES

Any cancellation of registration must be notified in writing by sending an email to contactcolloque(@)insavalor.fr
Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance. The conference fee does not include insurance.
Registration fees can be refunded as follows:

  • before November 16, 2023: refund of the registration with a deduction of 82.5€ with VAT
  • after November 16, 2023: no refund.

No request for reimbursement will be accepted after the conference.
No refunds will be given for no-shows and no-notifications at the conference.
No exceptions to the refund policy can be made, including health, family issues and failure to obtain visas, however, we welcome substitute delegates at any time. By registering to the IBO 2024, participants agree that neither the organizing committee nor the organizing office assume any liability whatsoever.
The cancellation request will only be processed once the conference has ended. Any refunds will be made after the conference, after deduction of the amounts spent or incurred for the realization and organization of the said fees (82.5€ with VAT).
In the event of non-payment of amounts due at the time of cancellation, these fees would remain due.

VIRTUAL ACCESS EXCHANGE

A face-to-face ticket can be exchanged for a digital ticket until December 15th, 2023 by writing to contactcolloque@insavalor.fr with no refunding of the difference between the face-to-face ticket rate and the virtual ticket rate.
